Project Monitoring
Hills have a vast experience in providing development appraisals and project monitoring services to many banks and other property finance companies.
Initially we report on all aspects of the proposed development and provide an assessment of the competence of the developer and contractor to enable the funder to confirm the loan facility.
Once the project is on site we monitor the progress of the development and provide confirmation of the value of works to date thus allowing the funder to release funds in full confidence that drawdowns from the loan are justified.
The types of schemes we have monitored include new-build private residential dwellings and major redevelopment schemes such as the conversion of office blocks to apartments.
