Mounts Bay Academy, Penzance

Full internal refurbishment of six laboratories in the Science block including new M&E services, fittings and finishes.  Replacement of windows and external doors.  Recovering of existing flat roofs to Science, Arts and Canteen blocks.  Hills assisted with the initial CIF bid and then provided project management, quantity surveying and principal designer services for the duration of the project.
