A new purpose built extra care facility containing 63nr self-contained apartments with communal dining and lounge areas, activity areas, catering kitchen and laundry and an office administration suite.

The works also include site roads, footpaths, fencing, screen walling, parking areas, landscaping, drainage, service connections and works detailed on the drawings.

The off-site works include off-site road alterations and the upgrade of the access road for adoption and all necessary sewers from the site for adoption.
