Hills were appointed as Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and CDMC by Harvey Nichols for the £2.3 million refurbishment of two floors of their store in Leeds.

On the second floor it provides a new 'World of Fashion' space which brings together the clothing, shoes and accessories from leading fashion designers, allowing customers to shop entire collections in one place rather than looking all over the store. The inspiration for the new second floor comes from the historic building's former life as a theatre in the old Victorian quarter of the City, but with a fun focus on the future.
