Our role as Project Manager is to provide a strategic leadership of a project from inception to post project evaluation and can be a stand-alone service or in addition to our core QS service.
We take a proactive approach to ensure the smooth running of the development, including identifying potential problem areas and finding solutions.
From inception to post project evaluation our role encompasses:
- liaison between the technical design team and user groups during the design phase,
- balancing costs,
- monitoring programme compliance,
- co-ordination and liaison between the Employer, Contractor and Design Team during the construction phase.
