Graduate Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor for our Exeter and Croydon offices. The ideal candidate will have graduated at degree level or graduated and be working through their APC.

Main duties will include cost estimating, preparation of BQs and Schedules of Work, tender cost analysis, cost reporting, valuations and settlement of final accounts.

We operate an RICS approved structured training plan for staff to achieve chartered status and actively encourage and fund continuing professional development for all qualified members of staff.

Salary negotiable.
