Last month Sideshore was handed over to our client. This new development on the seafront at Exmouth includes a new water sports centre comprising of a members changing area, two retail units, a multi-use area and externally accessed changing areas with both internal and external showers. The development also includes a café and restaurant run by renowned local chef Michael Caines. The external areas comprise car parking spaces with electric charging points, a new sub-station, access road, pedestrian paving, a storage unit and two retail pods.
Hills provided Employer's Agent and Quantity Surveying on the project which was built by Devon Contractors using a JCT Design and Build Contract.
