Great to be nearing completion on the new watersports centre at Larkstone Cove, Ilfracombe.
The new centre which includes teaching area, cafe/bar, boat and gig storage and showers also has a separate canoe club storage building incorporating showers. The project included the construction of a new sea wall, extension of existing quay and a new slipway.
Hills were Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveyor on this project.
The images show that it was a lovely spot for the monthly valuations and progress meetings.
