Hills’ have had a presence in Torquay since the Company was established in 1895. Currently the office is located in the vicinity of the harbour. Ample parking is available in the adjacent public car park.

Approaching from Newton Abbot
1. Continue on the A380 into Torquay past the Willows shopping centre.
2. At Torre Station bear right into Avenue Road (signposted “The Seafront”). Continue along Avenue Road and into Kings Drive.
3. Turn left at
the sea front and continue along Torbay Road bearing right at the traffic lights and passing under a footbridge. Torbay Road continues past the Princess Theatre.
4. Bear left at the mini roundabout into Cary Parade then turn left into Fleet Walk public car park under the footbridge.
5. Palk Street office is the sandstone building on the opposite side of the road and can be accessed via the footbridge.
