Steve is responsible to the main Board of Hills for the day-to-day control of the Cardiff and Bristol offices He also acts as the Technical Director and Quality Manager for all Hills’ offices

Steve has wide experience of public and private sector construction projects, both new build and refurbishment.&nbs p; His particular expertise has been in the areas of industrial, higher education, court buildings and pharmaceutical projects. More recent experience is in developer led commercial projects acting for both developers and tenants.

He takes personal responsibility for projects, in particular project management, leading a dedicated team and acting as the principal point of contact for the client on all matters.  His extensive experience ensures that he is able to bring a wealth of practical knowledge to schemes. He also provides Planning Supervisor duties for a variety of projects.
