Role

Robert is responsible to the main Board of Hills for the day-to-day control of the Cardiff and Bristol Offices

Personal Qualities

As Commission Director for the South West Project Partnering Commission for Defence Estates between 1997 and 2002 Robert gained extensive experience of partnering and framework agreements.

Robert was also instrumental in establishing a specialist company to deliver the first Prime Contract in the UK, the £45m Andover North Site Redevelopment for Defence Estates/MOD.

Through these roles Robert has been instrumental in implementing Partnering and Prime Contracting values, demonstrating the understanding for the need to drive change through implementation within the construction industry.
