Approaching from East or West:
1. At Holes Bay North Roundabout on A35 take the exit signposted Town Centre (A350).
2. At the next roundabout (Holes Bay Roundabout) turn left into Broadstone Way.
3. At the second set of traffic lights take the left han
d filter lane into Cabot Lane.
4. Take the next left turn into Holy Rood Close.
5. Arena Business Centre is located approximately 300m on the left.
