Hills' office in Milton Keynes has been established since 1999.  In February 2007 the office relocated from Central Milton Keynes, where it has been for the last 5 years to a new office in Fenny Stratford.  The Old Courthouse is an attractive character building with courtyard parking to the rear of the property and located within the fast expanding city of Milton Keynes.

The office is located about 3 miles south of Central Milton Keynes between the former villages of Simpson and Fenny Stratford, close to the main A5 interchange roundabout at the southern entrance to the city.
